"That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him." Ephesians 1:17
Testimony of Missionary Victor Manuel Estrada... N.L. Mexico.
Our ministry began internally in our church with both personal and church evangelism programs. By God's grace, it expanded to support new churches that were starting in places where there were no gospel or evangelistic campaigns. We have even been able to go deep into mountain villages. Also, we helped in Bible clubs, children's and youth camps, hospitals, and construction of a church. During this time, we were able to distribute Bibles, New testaments, and Gospel tracts.
We have seen the good hand of God and the growth of the ministry resulting in more souls being saved and the Gospel being preached in many places. This past summer, we supported three churches with their Vacation Bible Schools. We saw many children and parents accept Christ and be baptized and had a total attendance of 140 children and 28 adults. We thank God for the funds to provide toys, candy, pantry items, inflatable games, mascots, a popcorn maker, a cotton candy machine, electric generators, clothes, footwear, and bicycles to help with the advancement of the Gospel. May they be able to see the love of God.
His Word says in Acts 20:35, "It is more blessed to give than to receive."
During one of our meetings, we met three girls who walked about 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) to reach a Bible club that we had announced while passing through their village. These girls were a great blessing. They are orphans and cannot read. They want to learn the Word of God. We are making plans to return to their village. We hope to bring the girls an audio Bible called "The Proclaimer" because this device is recharged with a solar photocell.
Also, during that trip we were stopped by armed men in uniform. They asked for the pastor. So, after I got out of the vehicle, I was able to share the Gospel with the leader. With a broken heart, he received Jesus Christ as his Savior and asked for prayer for them. We were also able to give them two Bibles.
This was a great testimony to all of us on this evangelistic trip. We saw how God directs people's hearts.
PRAYER REQUEST: for a passenger van and a trailer for the members who accompany us.
Pictures were enclosed of them handing out literature, sharing the gospel by teaching and preaching.
An heir of God through Christ,
